We Scare Hunger

Burnaby South's We Council kickstarted the year with our first event We Scare Hunger. Millions around the world go hungry every day, even in our own backyard. This Halloween, we held a food drive at Burnaby South Secondary School. It was a competition between classes from Tuesday, October 14th to Friday, October 31st, to see which teacher had the greatest amount of non-perishable food items. South had raised an astounding 833lbs of food for our local community! Amazing job everyone, we have truly made a difference.
